The healthcare industry is notorious for outdated, poorly designed sites that patients struggle to use. But RCA Diagnostics wasn’t going to swim with the crowd. They partnered with us to put their people first and together we created an elegant, easy-to-use site that gave patients and practitioners the info they needed at a glance.
If you’re an organization helping patients deal with their health concerns, it’s important you tell them what to expect, how you’ll help, and what they should be aware of. To create supportive messaging that addressed these worries, we stripped down, rewrote & reorganized the RCA content, and designed a device ready interface that RCA could customize to share their work in the community.
Even better? The site elements can be modularly repurposed for future RCA site expansion. To be advocates for their health, patients and practitioners need access to the best care available. RCA has an online presence to supports them across western Canada.
