A portrait of Laura Paine

Laura Paine

Digital PM at The Developer Society.

Hi, I’m Laura, and I’m the Digital PM at The Developer Society — the world’s first web dev and design agency that exists solely for the benefit of not-for-profits. We work with some really awesome charities including Lumos, Macmillan Cancer Support, Oxfam and Help Refugees.

My background is digital — marketing, comms, fundraising — in the third sector, in Sussex (International Animal Rescue), London (Cruelty Free International, Mencap and the British Red Cross) and Mozambique (Marine Megafauna Foundation). Now I’m in Birmingham working at DEV, leading digital projects, supporting PM processes and business development, and being generally blown away by how smart and creative my colleagues are.

I’m a Harry Potter nerd, am the proud (though much poorer and broken for it) owner of an insane ex-racehorse called Scarlet, and the most neurotic person I know.

Though I guess I would say that, wouldn’t I…?
