Natalie Adams

I’m about halfway through my first year in a new posi­tion as a Pro­gram Man­ag­er in the Spe­cial Projects depart­ment at ESC Region 13. Pri­or to that, I’d spent the last 4 years work­ing as an Assi­tant Prin­ci­pal at a Mid­dle School. I start­ed my career in Edu­ca­tion as a Middle/​Elementary Social Stud­ies and Dance teacher in Farm­ers Branch, Texas but relo­cat­ed to Austin for an oppor­tu­ni­ty to estab­lish and direct the Dance depart­ment at the Mid­dle School Fine Arts Academy.

I love danc­ing, read­ing, singing (though not well!), cook­ing, and run­ning in my free time. I’m a proud mom of a 3‑year-old boy, a 1‑year-old girl, a 15-year-old cat, and a 10-year-old dog. I’ve got a great part­ner in rais­ing all 4 with my hus­band who also hap­pens to work in the Edu­ca­tion sector.

I’m excit­ed to begin learn­ing and look for­ward to the con­tin­u­ous growth oppor­tu­ni­ties this expe­ri­ence will afford me!
