You’ll explore the red flags on your incoming projects, define how to align more cohesively between sales and PM roles internally, and plot incoming and current projects on a client matrix to qualify and maximize the value of your projects.

This remote session works best if you bring people who wear both the PM and/or sales or accounts hats as you’ll be working through some structural and process related changes that can create more profitable projects longterm. AKA: if you’re a PM, bring your sales folks and vice versa and plan to be in the same room for maximum effect.
