The easiest way to get 60%-100% off a Louder Than Ten apprenticeship

The Canada Job Grant is a government funding program that helps employers invest in employee training. This promotes the development of employee skills, strengthens retention, and creates greater opportunity and impact within the company or market.

The funding reimburses 60%-100% of employee training costs depending on the province.

See the details for each eligable region

Training costs include:

  • Tuition/participation fees
  • Student fees
  • Examination fees
  • Textbooks and software
  • Other required materials
  • Travel to access training

The application process

1. Check your eligibility/timeframe

Funding applications are open to each sector for a limited time every quarter and may close at any time (once limits are reached). Applications are typically accepted during the quarter (3-month) prior to the training start date. Check your region for details.

2. Submit your application

You’ll need all relevant info about your training including total cost, dates, and category (see sidebar).

The approval process can take up to 60 days—you will be notified by email as soon as the decision is made. If you are approved, you will need to complete the agreement issued.

3. Pay all training costs and begin training

The employer pays the full training amount up front.

4. Apply for reimbursement

After training begins, you will have up to 30 days to claim reimbursement. You can expect to be reimbursed within 30-90 days of submitting the claim, depending on the province.
